* Gain expertise in the company's products, regulations, and operations
* Utilise relevant business processes to ensure successful customer acquisition
* Lead product demonstration activities
* Handle customer and sales data management processes
* Foster strong relationships with business partners
* Develop engagement strategies
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a customer success representative or account manager role
* Expertise in SaaS, media, or technology trends is ideal
* Advanced customer-facing skills
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Japanese and English proficiency
