Our client is a Tier-1 Global payment services company, looking for a Counsel Director to join the team with business growing and expanding in the Japanese market.
Your new role
You will be responsible for contract management, negotiation, support and advise business development and business contracts, advise and monitor risk, acquisition, risk issue, privacy, and work very closely with compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have 10 years or more PQE in financial industry form firm or In-house. A licensed Japanese Attorney with excellent bilingual skills in Japanese and English.
