An HR Manager position is now available at a multinational medical device manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Provide mentorship to global teams
* Maintain knowledge of employee feedback
* Align global teams with the company's business direction
* Conduct talent reviews
* Work with business leaders to facilitate talent acquisition
* Ensure benefits programs comply with regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in management, psychology, or a similar domain
* 3+ years of HRBP experience in Japan
* Proven success in providing insights to Japanese and Korean management teams
* Advanced project management, negotiation, and collaboration skills
* MS Office competency
* Fluent level Japanese; conversational level written and spoken English
