仕事内容
コーポレートファイナンス部門のグループに付き、営業事務アシスタントとして経理業務及びスケジュール管理などを担当
1. 契約事務(契約書の作成・製本及び発送管理、請求書の作成)
2. 基幹業務システム(SAP)での売上経理処理・経費・工数の管理及び集計、顧客データの管理
3. 社内外からのアポイント調整やスケジュール管理
4. 役員会や経営会議の資料作成及びファイリング
5. 電話応対 、名刺管理
6. 国内・海外への出張手配等
The role
Responsible for accounting work and schedule management as a sales assistant in the corporate finance department
1. Contract work (contract preparation, bookbinding and shipping management, invoice preparation)
2. Sales accounting processing, management and aggregation of expenses and work hours, management of customer data in the core business system (SAP)
3. Internal and external appointment coordination and schedule management
4. Preparation and filing of materials for board meetings and management meetings
5. Answering phone calls and managing business cards
6. Arranging domestic and overseas business trips, etc.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
• At least 3 years of work experience in administrative support
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Japanese
• Good command of Business English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Good analytical and numeracy skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in the life insurance industry is an advantage.
