■MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop and maintain the highest possible level of product knowledge and service experience
-Guarantee Brand vision regard to the customer experience
-Provide regular training and coaching to sales teams on the image of the brand, the selling skills to help teams deliver the best customer experience in boutiques, as well as product knowledge and collections
-Work closely with Retail managers, Store managers and the merchandising team to identify specific needs and gaps to be filled in through focused training modules
-Collaborate with the Head of International Retail Training based in Paris as well as HR and Retail team to develop new training projects and monitor modules already deployed
-Perform tests to determine training need and ensure that the necessary tools are in place to support training.
- Monitor Mystery Shopping Result and drive the following up actions based on the result.

Education: University graduate (not mandatory)
-More than 5 years’ experiences in training in a luxury retail environment
-Driving for results with Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, strong organizational skills
-Dynamic, enthusiastic
-Deep understanding of fashion and luxury
-Good knowledge of business and markets
-Very good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Powerpoint,,Word) and e-learning tools
-Fluency in English is required (oral and written)
