【Key Responsibilities】
1) Daily management of PPC campaigns
- Set up and SEM accounts for new brands, research the most relevant keywords, structure the ad groups for maximum efficiency
- Manage campaigns, optimize ads, keywords and budget
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Optimize copy and landing pages, execute tests, collect analyze data
- Manage listing campaigns as well as display and shopping
2) Forecasting and reporting
- estimate monthly costs and forecast trends
- provide guidance to business stakeholders on how to efficiently use and optimize their budget
- work closely with brands to understand their calendar of activities and optimize the SEM campaigns accordingly
3) Other conversion driven marketing activities
- Get invovled with other marketing activities that have a similar, conversion-driven approach as SEM
- Be on the lookout for new tactics and channels
- Propose and conduct experiments.

【Skills and Knowledge】
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Yahoo Japan
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- In-depth experience with Google and Yahoo administration tools as well as bid management tools
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
