A Customer Success Manager position is now open at a global software company.Responsibilities:
* Establish operational KPIs
* Foster relationships with key clients
* Partner with clients to create customer success strategies
* Conduct workshops to improve business processes
* Define client requirements
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer success,or relevant experience.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional colleagues
* Expertise in SaaS, Financial, ERP, CRM, or relevant business systems is ideal
* Background in dealing with customer diversity is a plus
* Advanced presentation, analytical and facilitating skills
* Native level Japanese; business level written and oral English
