Your new role
* Provide admin support to the Sales team
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
* Resolve customer complaints
* Provide quotations in a timely manner
* Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent customer service skills with at least 7 years experience in B2B environment
* Experience in CRM preferred
* Familiar with order management
* Has worked at Gaishi in the past What you'll get in return
