A global security service provider is in need of a Technical Solution Engineering Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage engineers to deliver customer support
* Act as a main point of contact for customer support
* Collaborate with sales function
* Lead trial and on-boarding configurations
* Drive performance tests
* Take care of Salesforce related matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or similar domain
* 3+ years of experience in a similar position working closely with clients like consulting, pre- or post-sales engineering, etc.
* 3+ years of experience in internet or enterprise security
* Knowledge of fundamental security architecture and functions like firewalls, etc.
* Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Bilingual level English and Mandarin is preferred
