An Operations Manager position is now available at a worldwide professional services company.Responsibilities:
* Supervise assigned teams to enhance customer experience
* Gain knowledge of market needs
* Resolve customer queries and complaints on a regular basis
* Organise meetings to maintain knowledge of internal teams regarding policy changes
* Oversee the company's operations in a timely manner
* Handle performance appraisal processes
Requirements:
* 5+ years of team management experience within the customer service industry
* Knowledge of UPI, wallet applications, and digital currencies
* Expertise in time management
* Advanced communication and presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Japanese proficiency
* Valid work permit in Japan
