■Mission Statement
Enhance the brand image and visibility through assisting strategic planning and execution of events to increase the sales.
■Main Responsibilities
Marketing
・ Plan and execute commercial events in store and external venue including pop up events.
・ Bring commercial success by executing promotions together with Senior Marketing Manager
・ Coordinate with external vendors to setup the event site
・ Prepare communication tools such as leaflets and DM cooperation and other materials needed for events with vendors.
・ Make presentation material for Gaisho activities
VMD
・ Work closely with headquarter to create standard VMD
・ Create seasonal VMD strategy along with Merchandizing
・ Visit boutiques to check visibility
・ Customize fixture and product display based on promotions themes
Store development
・ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new boutique opening and renewal
・ Plan store development as well as visual displays’ shipment schedule

■Job Requirements
Experience:
・ Has minimum 3 years working experience in marketing, not necessarily the watch & jewelry industry
Skills/Abilities
・ Has excellent communication with internal/external and presentation skills both in English and Japanese
Language:
・ Oral and written communication skills in English indispensable
・ Proficiency in Japanese
Education:
・ University graduate
