⚫ Delivery management, Import/Export of commercial and non-commercial goods
⚫ Warehouse Inventory control including a cycle count
⚫ Liaison between HQs and 3PLs warehouse to coordinate daily warehousing operations
(In-/Out-Bound, Return, etc.)
⚫ Non-Merchandise admin at the warehouse
⚫ Internal control improvement
⚫ Repair center operation
⚫ 3PL Management; oversee and improve all aspects of transportation carrier management, such as operational performance, escalations, relationship, and contract negotiation
⚫ Project Management
⚫ Assess data to develop and execute improvement optimizing for capacity, quality, speed,delivery experience and cost
⚫ Plan and execute a quality inspection at the warehouse when necessary
⚫ Plan, establish and execute in-house E-commerce operation together with 3PL, internal IT and E-com team
⚫ Collaborate with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally to achieve business goals
⚫ Being a contact window for NY head office supply chain team for daily topics

⚫ Expertise knowledge and experience in Logistic and Warehouse operation
-Warehouse management system
-Domestic transportation
-Customs compliance
-International freight forwarding
⚫ Retail background, experience in fashion/beauty industry would be a plus
⚫ Proficiency in MS Excel
⚫ Work experience using ERP
⚫ Business level English (written, verbal)/ Native level Japanese
⚫ Experience in people management
⚫ Ability to build a good relationship with the team and vendors
⚫ Expert in project management
