Your new company
This is an American Search Engine Company seeking a bilingual customer success specialist. With multiple offices around the world and increasing presence in Japan, this company is rapidly expanding and seeking great talents to join their team.
Your new role
* Analyse and respond to inquiries from clients
* Assist with setup and troubleshooting any issues that come up
* Provide support to clients
* Prepare data analytics in an easy-to-understand format
What you'll need to succeed
* Native Japanese, High Business level English (both written and orally)
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally
* 1 year customer service experience preferred; ideal candidates are receptionists, front desk staff, or experience in Sales.
