Develops fully integrated brand activations across brand events, SNS activities, In-store – visual, communication and others to ensure maximum impact, efficiency within the budget.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to execute/align the activation.
Responsible for ensuring work meets with brand standards, according to APAC marketing team.
Works to ensure integrated decision-making occurs by involving key stakeholders throughout brand activation process.
Maintains ongoing communication flow and clearly defined process between regional marketing team and Japan marketing team. Provides regional updates on the development of any activation tools.
■INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: APAC marketing, Japan Merchandising, Sales operation,
Communication, Finance, Visual Merchandising and Store Planning
External: Agency Partners

5+ years marketing experience, preferably within a brand organization
Demonstrated experience with marketing and communication
BA in marketing/communications/Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded
Confident and comfortable presentation skills
Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
Strong marketing activations in Japan market.
