A Quality Claims Analyst position is now available at a leading consumer goods company.Responsibilities:
* Utilise statistical models to create relevant forecasts
* Lead the documentation of approval processes
* Maintain efficiency of supply chain systems and data delivery procedures
* Oversee the development of quality claims processes
* Establish relationships within the company
* Enhance complaint management procedures to minimise turnaround time
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 6+ years of supply chain or quality management experience
* Expertise in SAP is a plus
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Microsoft Excel competency
* Japanese and English proficiency (TOEIC 700+)
* Valid permission to work in Japan
