Identify and propose local evolution initiatives, alongside with coordination of WW technical project rollout. (new function, content recommendation, personalization, payment, express delivery, omnichannel, LINE integration etc)
Support in EC replatform project, ensure all local requirements are taken into account and no blocking issue for roll out.
Communicate effectively with cross functional departments & HQ, prioritize local request and ensure all projects to be implemented on time.
Analyze customer journey (UI/UX) on the website and propose innovation to optimize client experience.
Understand the best practice, monitor and identify latest digital trend and E-Commerce service/function to constantly improve conversion.
Localize omnichannel service and propose optimization to meet local requirement and ensure to provide an overall seamless O2O service.
Participate in new function QA for Japan and support in QA for WW projects.

3-4 years of experience in Ecommerce project management or related role
Must have IT/digital project management experience
Team player, self-motivated, digital-savvy, detail-and customer-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
Experience working with various level of stakeholders
Passionate with a creative mind-set, while fully understanding the luxury service standard
Fluent in English and Japanese (verbally and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent PC skills in Excel/Powerpoint and other related platforms (magento/Salesforce/Dynamic Yield/JIRA/ServiceNow etc)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, e-Commerce, or related disciplines
Luxury experience is an advantage
