募集要項

仕事内容: ・グローバル情報システム部門のSenior Manager（Cloud & DevOps team）として、Public cloudおよびDevOpsツール環境の将来構想、設計、構築、運用、保守を担当する
・Global teamメンバー（北米、欧州、インド）、運用保守業務委託ベンター（国内/インドベンダー）と協業し、AWS環境（SoR、SoE環境）およびDevOpsツール環境（Atlassian等）を業務アプリケーション担当部署へ提供する
・現在のCloud/DevOps環境、技術動向、ニーズを調査・分析して将来に向けた戦略、ロードマップを作成する。また、そのロードマップに合わせて、各環境の改善・改革活動をリードする。

・ Work for IT roadmap/concept creation, design, build, operation as a Senior Manager (Cloud & DevOps team) of ISIT Departments.
・Collaborating with Global team members (North America, Europe and India) and IT operation vendors (Japanese/Indian), provide AWS environment (SoR, SoE) and DevOps tools (ex. Atlassian tool) to Application development departments.
・Create IT strategies and roadmaps investigating/analyzing current cloud/devops, IT technology trend and user needs. After that, lead enhancement/inovation activities following the roadmap.

応募資格

・事業会社のIT部門でのご経験
・ITベンダー、コンサルティングファーム、SierでのITインフラ構築に関するプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・物事を積極的に推進できる?動?と、臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性
・海外の関連部署と英語での協業ができること。（メールおよび文書ベース）
日本語能力: Native

【Experience in any of the following】
・ Experience in IT department of a business company
・ Experience in IT infrastructure project management at an IT vendor, consulting firm, or Sier firm
・ Experience in IT infrastructure construction project management at an IT vendor, consulting firm, or Sierra.
・ Ability to collaborate with related overseas departments in English (email and document based). （Ability to collaborate in English with relevant overseas departments (via email and documents)
Japanese Proficiency: Native

自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry
