You will be responsible for to lead or support organizing various meeting/conferences internal and external, proactively participate activities and projects for corporate finance, M&A, restructuring with various types of legal matters collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for to lead or support organizing various meeting/conferences internal and external, proactively participate activities and projects for corporate finance, M&A, restructuring with various types of legal matters collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have an active Japanese Bar Admission or Passed Japanese Bar examination, strong knowledge in Corporate Legal/Law, with great communication skills in Business level English.
