A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a R&D Operations Associate. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling product launching operations and collaborating with global teams to drive business growth.
仕事内容

A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a R&D Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
* Direct technical aspects of local and regional R&D projects
* Ensure adequate resources to drive product delivery
* Work closely with external teams in handling customer concerns and technical matters
* Develop and execute global product strategies
* Provide technical support to internal teams
* Ensure effective communication
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of technical experience in a FMCG company
* Prior project management experience
* Experience in people management
* Familiarity with profit and loss management
* Fluent level Japanese and English
