Your new company
This Multinational UK Law Firm is one of the largest law firms in the world measuring by both numbers of legal members and revenue; and a member of the "Magic Circle". Being in Japan for almost half a century, understanding Japanese business and having a strong track record of high-profile clients internationally and domestically. To capitalize on the firm's growth in Japan, they are looking to hire someone to join their capital markets team in the Tokyo Office.
Your new role
You'll be working closely and assisting the Tokyo lawyers and overseas teams with on-going cases related to real estate. You'll be responsible on day to day preparation of filing documents, notices, execution versions on formal documents, and many more. Additionally, given the opportunity to be flexible provided a hand to other transactional matters as well.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
* Law degree background
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm
* Knowledge on Real estate/ finance transactions
* Business English & Japanese level
* Team player & a self-starter
