■Main Purpose
Under the supervision of the E-Commerce and Omnichannel Manager, the E-Commerce and Omnichannel Coordinator’s mission is to ensure smooth daily e-commerce operations, hereby helping achieving annual E-Commerce sales target. He/she will help the E-Commerce and Omnichannel Manager lead all Omnichannel activities in coordination with HQ and achieve seamless client services across Japan retail and digital networks. He/she will work conjointly with the marketing and communication departments to ensure the success of Japan e-business activities.
■Main Responsibilties:
1. Ensure e-commerce operation and website management
2. Help deploying Omnichannel projects and tools
3. Help pilot E-commerce activity and achieve E-commerce sales target

•Minimum 3year experience in e-Commerce / Omnichannel / Digital (European based companies, Luxury sector is a plus)
•General understanding of Digital, Marketing field, and CRM.
•Business fluency both in Japanese and English
•Structured mind – analytical skills
•Ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines, multi-tasks and time management skills are required
•Excellent attention to detail
•Proactive and self-motivated
•Computer literate, versed in Google Analytics, SEO, or other analytical tools
