■MAIN PURPOSE
The Business Planning & Operation Manager is tasked with providing innovative ideas to enhance Partnership Business (wholesales) within the local luxury watch market.
The manager will also optimize the daily operations effectively by providing support and solving issues for our staff and partners.
Furthermore, the manager will strive to raise brand equity through our Partnership Business and execute "Retailization” strategy with our B-to-B partners.
■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Planning:
Develop strategies and execute actions to create sales growth and brand equity
Monitor the market and propose realistic, creative ideas and solutions to drive the Partnership Business
Prepare legal contracts when needed
Explain the direction and action plans to the sales team in order to ensure alignment on key objective
2. Operation Management:
Master the SAP system and assist sales coordinators managing the daily operations with clear and effective operational guidelines

■Required experience:
Experience as a manager in a retailing company, preferable within the luxury industry
■Technical skills / abilities:
Fluency in Japanese, Business level English (must be able to present in English)
Professional PPT skill
Good Excel skill for Analysis
Preferable experience in operation with SAP system
■Compentencies:
■Manage Complexity：Is prepared to look for the root cause of an issue, being concerned about shortcuts. Collects data from multiple sources and asks the right questions to analyse situation
