A Customer Support position is now available at a global tech hardware company.Responsibilities:
* Drive KPIs on a regular basis
* Handle back office duties for external operations
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines
* Take part in training facilitation
* Define dashboard metrics requirements with analytics experts
* Support eCommerce team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
* Experience in 3rd party management
* Customer care experience in a dynamic international environment
* Project management skills
* Familiarity with building and auditing processes
* MS Office and Visio literacy
* English and Japanese proficiency
