A fast-growing AI company is searching for a Customer Experience Manager.Responsibilities:
* Define customer and market needs
* Promote new features
* Oversee key metrics to drive customer success
* Lead gap analysis with internal colleagues
* Liaise with cross-divisional teams to create product roadmap
* Ensure smooth collaborations among teams
Requirements:
* Prior experience in agile business analysis, customer experience or insights analysis, ideally for a Japanese company
* Start- up experience
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Documentation, presentation and persuasion skills
* Customer facing skills
* Fluent level written and oral English and Japanese
