•Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
•Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
•Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
•Overseeing communication touchpoints with customers through the CRM.
•Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
•Making full usage of the global SAP CRM system to ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing and CEX activities.
•Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
•Working closely with stores and retail team to provide customer data based on needs
•Working closely with HQ to ensure local CRM strategy is mirroring global strategy.

■Qualifications
•Business level English speaking & writing skills
•Minimum 2-3 years of CRM experience in retail industry
•Experience with CEX / Client event, Digital marketing and Ecommerce is a plus
•Extensive experience of direct marketing in similar industry
•Strong communication skills capable of inspiring strong collaboration in the organization
