Manager IT strategy teamResponsibility for IT strategy/direction for business users of Universal Music Japan communicating with Global IT in LA to be aligned with IT Global.
⚫ As part of the key person of local IT to manage global/local IT projects with Global IT team
⚫ Manage Japan IT projects across all projects as PMO

⚫ Minimum 10 years in Information Technology
⚫ Minimum 5 years experiences in managing IT project
⚫ Minimum 5 experience in managing IT team/group
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
⚫ Excellent IT project management experience and skill would be highly required
⚫ Excellent IT Project Budget/Cost management experience would be highly required
⚫ Excellent communication skills through IT project
⚫ Experience for IT strategy planning would be highly required
⚫ Fluency both in Japanese and English is required
⚫ Cross cultural experience is preferred
⚫ Knowledge/experience of Music or Entertainment business is preferred
⚫ Ability to work effectively with team members, customers and other Global IT members
⚫ Ability to translate business requirements/issues/efficiencies into IT solutions considering Market situation
⚫ Excellent problem solving and management skills with strong business alignment
⚫ Strong analytical skill to “think outside the box” is vital
