- This international private equity fund supports Japanese companies to develop their business in the Asian region, creating a valuable link connecting Japan and Asia. To capitalize on the fund’s growth, they are looking to hire on their legal team and want someone to join their diverse and inclusive team in the Tokyo Office.
- 仕事内容
- You’ll effectively work hands, leading legal support on deals and handling general legal affairs and establish compliance system for the entire fund. You’ll provide advice and support on day-to-day matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documents. Besides that, you’ll investigate and advice on dispute cases related to the fund.

You will have previously experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
- Japanese or Overseas Bar Qualified Lawyer (Minimum 3 years PQE)
- A background from a corporate or commercial law firm
- Ideally fluent in English & Japanese – Reading and Writing
- Experience in the financial industry
