* Manage key customer success strategies
* Optimise digital tools to build customer programs
* Understand customer needs and create effective plans
* Handle on-boarding process
* Adopt customer success best practices
* Ensure effective customer retention strategy
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
* Knowledge of mobile ecosystem is preferred
* Experience creating data and product requirements
* Analytical and market research skills
* Native Japanese; fluent level English
