A CSM position is now available at an exciting internet technology organisation.Responsibilities:
* Manage customer engagement
* Monitor customer migration progress and support pre-sales teams with issue management
* Ensure expertise in products
* Provide training to customers and employees through events, webinars, etc.
* Ensure strong business relationships with customer stakeholders
* Assist customers in solving new issues
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in CSM or system engineering for the enterprise sector
* Understanding of software development timelines and best practices
* Project management, service delivery, and software launch experience
* Strong project problem-solving skills
* Expert project management skills
