Your new company
This Global leading technology consulting company is at the forefront of its sector. Serving over 50 countries and counting, the company continues to inspire and evolve with the latest cloud, digital, and platforms. To capitalize on the company's growth, they are looking to establish their Legal team in the Tokyo Office.
Your new role
You'll effectively work hands on with the APAC Legal team, leading legal support on deals and provide legal advice on all aspects in the company. You'll support on day-to-day matters including reviewing and negotiating contracts between clients and relevant third parties in relation to the business. The opportunity to work closely with ethics and compliance office to support initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
* Minimum 5-9 years in-house or private practice experience
* LLB Level education (Bar qualification overseas or local is a plus)
* Native Japanese and Business English language abilities
* IT/ consulting company experience is a plus
