Your new role
You will work as an HR Assistant, function as a generalist and reports to a stand-alone HR in Japan. Main responsibilities include social insurance and benefits management through vendors, payroll and recruitment support, as well as wide range of HR duties.

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of experience in a wide range of HR, ideally from small sized organization
Native Japanese, business English
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
