An international chemical manufacturing company is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer. The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for providing customer support across the APAC region.
仕事内容
An international chemical manufacturing company is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:

* Drive communication between the company and customers
* Conduct remote and on-site technical support on the company's equipment
* Complete installations at customer facilities
* Conduct preventative maintenance and upgrades
* Maintain customer data using internal CRM software
* Perform translation for customer troubleshooting operations to support global communication

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, or related field
* Experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair
* Proficiency in machine control software
* CNC control software proficiency
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Written and verbal English proficiency
