An international software development company is searching for a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Gain expertise in customer goals and needs to ensure the company's product properly supports them
* Support customers in user adoption and change management
* Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders
* Track and report on customer satisfaction and business status
* Handle key customer issues
* Conduct case studies and references to support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, business informatics, or related field
* 5+ years of consulting, customer success management, or business transformation experience within IT or SaaS projects
* Expertise in business procedures
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience evaluating complex data sets and sharing results with customers
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
