A leading IT services organisation is in need of a Lead Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee customer experience
* Match the most fitting company resource to ensure customer success
* Support customers throughout the customer journey using a success plan
* Ensure strong relationships between business and technical teams
* Provide input on business process optimisation opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of working experience
* 6+ years of experience in customer success
* Experience in customer relationship management
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Expertise in cloud service platforms
