A major eCommerce organisation is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage a large team
* Coordinate interviews and training for team members
* Share information to team members as needed
* Ensure the team reaches operational and business objectives
* Assess and resolve issues that affect customers
* Support the creation of training programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 2+ years of experience in people management
* Management experience in a service level environment
* Operational excellence delivery experience
* Experience in large-sized team management is a plus
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
