A global technology company is looking to fill a Customer Success Lead role.Responsibilities:
* Oversee the customer experience by consulting with customer stakeholders and sponsors
* Allocate resources to optimise customer success
* Support customers throughout the entire process
* Develop customer success strategy
* Establish strong working relationships between business and technical teams
* Provide input to customers on business process optimisation opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of work experience
* 6+ years of experience in customer success
* 5+ years of experience in customer success management
* Ability and willingness to travel
* English proficiency
