* To deliver the strategic proposals from Japan to other regions.
* To enable the success of the clinical development for patient in Japan
* Manage timeline and information collected from internal and external stakeholders and make strategic plan.
* Ensure partnership with key stakeholders across all departments including marketing, market access, research & development, international project management and business function.

* To guarantee APAC project management in cross-functional discussion move smoothly without issue
* To deliver the strategic proposals from Japan to other regions.
* To enable the success of the clinical development for patient in Japan
* Manage timeline and information collected from internal and external stakeholders and make strategic plan.
* Ensure partnership with key stakeholders across all departments including marketing, market access, R&D, international PM and more.

Basic requirement:
* Minimum 8 years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry
* Minimum 4 years of project management experiences in clinical research.
* 4 years of international communication using English
* Business level English, Fluent Japanese
