A leading consumer goods organisation is searching for a Community Management Lead.Responsibilities:
* Define product user groups through social media, blogs, reviews, and other digital channels
* Develop effective social channel content
* Drive community growth and traffic
* Review community data to optimise communication
* Ensure expertise in social media best practices
* Identify and follow through on social lead generation opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Proven community management and social content development experience
* Understanding of community management tools
* Consumer data experience
* Strong copywriter skills
* Native level English; business level written Japanese
