A global video game developer is looking to hire a Senior Community Manager. In this role, you will collect feedback from the APAC markets and utilise it to increase player engagement and support decision making.
仕事内容
A global video game developer is looking to hire a Senior Community Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Gain expertise on the player base in Taiwan and China
* Collaborate with the APAC community team to collect information on regional and cultural differences
* Track and create reports on community thoughts, issues, and needs
* Provide information on community matters during stakeholder meetings
* Track player engagement
* Gain expertise on current trends and best practices

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 10+ years of experience in community management or in a customer- or user-related role
* 5+ years of experience as a personnel manager
