仕事内容
Global company looking for SAP project manager to help launch the new system update
Manage the day to day activities of the rollout wave
• Monitor the project budget and report these to the Global henka controller
• Monitor the plan and the rollout progress
• Monitor the project scope
• Control Project quality
• Identify, register, asses and mitigate regional risks and issues
• Recruit, manages, assess, monitors and motivates project resources and align these with the Global Program Manager
• Negotiates regional contracts
• Communicates with and manages the regional stakeholder expectations
• Creating project updates and report these to the Global Program Manager
• Closing the regional rollout wave and register the lessons learned
応募資格
必須
• 8+ years’ experience with managing full life cycle SAP projects
• Experience with a minimum of managing 3 full SAP life cycle implementation
• 8+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
• Affinity with IT and experience in business consultancy are strong assets
• Prioritizing, planning and organizational skills are essential with an eye for detail
• You have a great sense of responsibility and possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience of working to tight deadlines and delivery focused projects
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• You are flexible, loyal and enthusiastic
• You are a team player and are able to motivate team members
• You are a creative problem solver and keep the global overview at all time
• Although the basis is Tokyo, Japan, happy to travel when required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
