■CLIENTELING
・Supports the Stores in achieving the excellence delivering an impeccable and consistent Gucci retail experience,supporting the Store Managers in the definition of Key Values, Objectives and Priorities and in the design and implementation of a clear and concrete path

■PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
・Builds cohesive and effective team, developing a positive environment in which People want to do their best and enhancing a sense of belonging

■DRIVE THE BUSINESS
・Develops the growth and profitability of the Stores,defining actions plan to ensure targets achievement and adapting actions to specific situations

■BUSINESS AND PROCESS AWARENESS
・Supports the Store Managers in ensuring the application of standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, grooming standards, maintenance procedures i.e.) and makes sure they are followed by Store People

・Minimum 5 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with a focus on leading a multicultural team
・Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy
・Proven ability to drive results and to manage large teams
・Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
・Accountability
・Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
・Team-player mentality
・Strong communication skills
・Passion for fashion luxury
・Business level English
