【東京】Human Resources Manager Global Organization Management
Establish in-house company organization to operate effectively
- Monitor and develop HR policies (C&B, Job grade/group, head count/personnel expense management etc) to build a culture where employees are valued and treated fairly by consulting, proposing, and negotiating with HQ HR
- Monitor shared service operations and solve any related issues by collaborating with global/regional/country Heads and HQ/regional/local HR.
Employee Relations Management
- Provide consultation for employees when asked or required and identify issues to solve it
- Collaborate with HQ Employee Relations team/regional/local HR to solve when employee relations issues occur
Team Management
- Manage 3 team members with a direct line of report and conduct their performance management
- Supervise regional/local HR members with dotted line report
- Manage HR team budget control
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
7 + years of HR experience is mandatory
- Preferred experience in HRBP, employee relations, C&B
- Prefer Labor and Social Security Attorney license holder
3 + years of management experience including employee evaluation
Preferred industry – FMCG, Japan based global head quarter with in-house company organization
In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and has experience solving employee relations issues
Business level of both English and Japanese is mandatory
Global and business oriented mindset with human resources perspective
