A widely successful telecommunications company is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Act as an advocate for the customer
* Oversee daily operations
* Advise clients regarding challenges with systems
* Conduct technical resolution meetings with client engineers and client
* See that service and system performance consistently improves
* Provide management and coaching to engineers, product, and account managers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
* Management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or other experience in a client-facing role
* Experience at an international company
* Fluent level Japanese; fluent level English
