My consulting policy centers on one principle above all others: enabling candidates to succeed after joining a company. I believe that work plays a major role in our lives, and that fulfillment at work contributes directly to fulfillment in life. At the same time, there is no single “right” way to work—values and priorities differ for every individual.
That is why I focus on honest, in-depth discussions with candidates and clearly communicate those perspectives to hiring companies.
