職務経歴

I have a background as a 360° Recruitment Specialist, beginning my career at RGF Professional Recruitment Japan. From July 2022 to June 2023, I specialized in the video game industry. I later shifted to the finance and accounting industry from July to September 2023, maintaining similar responsibilities. I then joined PERSOL CAREER in October 2023, where I worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant, focusing on software development, engineering, sales, and marketing roles for global IT companies in Japan. During my time there, I was recognized as the top biller for August 2024 and the top biller of the IT Online Team. Most recently, I joined Randstad Sourceright Division in August 2025, where I support clients using Randstad's RPO service by sourcing candidates for IT-related positions.
