While I was still in university, I began my journey in recruitment through an internship opportunity in Australia, where I first gained exposure to the HR field. That experience sparked my interest in human resources, and upon returning to Japan, I secured an internship with TikTok Live, where I worked as an internal HR member supporting recruitment operations.
After graduation, I joined a foreign-based consulting firm, where I currently work. My experience spans both internal and agency-side recruitment, giving me a broad perspective on how to support candidates effectively.
With hands-on experience from early on and a strong interest in connecting people with meaningful opportunities, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their career transitions and grow professionally.
