Previously, I worked as an insurance analyst in the UK, and I am currently leading a team in Japan that supports the careers of actuaries, underwriters, claims staff, and technology professionals.

I began my career in the United Kingdom as a Finance Analyst with a Life Insurer.

I transitioned into Search to encourage people in the insurance industry and offer honest, data-led advice. I enjoy helping people.

It was in Singapore where I developed my track record across Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Now, based in Tokyo, I lead a research team offering senior insurance professionals multiple options in a confidential manner.

Our companies include the majority in Japan's insurance eco-system who are looking for bilingual talent. If you do not speak much English that is ok too. We are looking forward to having a no-pressure conversation about your situation.
