I started my professional career as a Help Desk Support professional, working for a US government agency and also for Harvard University.
I then transitioned my career to focus on customer success in application support for a Fintech SaaS company headquartered in the US, focusing support for the Japan region.
Currently, I am working at Robert Walters in Osaka as a recruitment consultant, where I can use all of my knowledge to best serve our candidates and clients.
