I graduated from University of California in 2018 following a year of study abroad at Waseda. After a great experience in Tokyo, I decided to return. My initial 3 years was as an English Instructor at Aeon. There, I was thrilled by opportunities to engage with students on a deeper level than typical through extra-curriculars and unique events which saw my school become #1 in the region. 

To further develop a career in helping people, I turned to Robert Walters to see where I could develop my career in Japan, and this was when I was introduced to the world of recruiting. I moved to recruiting for its fast-paced work environment and transparent career growth.
