Career changes to overseas is always difficult and challenge for both candidate and clients, in fact that they need to be more patient in order to find a suitable partner. In addition, they require qualification and long experiences for each position since the requirement in overseas usually demand high position such as executive and senior manager. I have been overseas for more than 10 years and know the difficulties living in overseas and what may face. My role is to obtain most suitable and long relationship between candidate and clients, I am confident in my ability to match the right for both parties.
Introducing job is not end of task but also its necessary to think about 'fitting' for both parties. There are so many casaes that people regret after transfer without understanding company proper and decide to transfer again however, my policy is offering both parties can build long-term relationship by understand the situation deeply and get satisfactory for 10 years or even longer after change job.
